10-Day Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at HiStandards. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking Fee

Please be aware that a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns.

Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for the costs associated with returning the item.

Custom Orders

Please note that all custom orders are final sales and cannot be returned. Occasionally, shipping and production delays may occur that are beyond our control. In such cases, refunds cannot be provided. If you encounter delays with your custom order due to unforeseen shipping issues, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team. They will be happy to assist you in finding a suitable solution to address the problem.

Used Products

We do not accept returns for used products. If a product is used, it is considered a final sale.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@histandards.com or call us at ‭(586) 788-7786 within 10 days of receiving your order. They will provide you with further instructions.

Shipping Your Return

It is the customer's responsibility to properly pack, ship, and ensure the contents of all returned packages. Please use a traceable ground shipping method.

Ship your return to:

Product(s) should be:

  • In good condition.
  • In the original packaging with all products, parts, and accessories.
  • Have the UPC Code on the exterior.
  • Received in saleable condition.

      Refunds

      Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

      If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

       

      Standard Shipping

      We currently offers shipping services within North America. We do not ship to PO boxes. If you have any specific questions or require information about international shipping or shipping to locations outside North America, please feel free to reach out to our team for assistance.

      For international shipments, please contact us for detailed information and assistance regarding shipping options and delivery estimates. We're here to help you with your shipping needs and to provide the best possible service.

      Shortage, Discrepancy or Damaged Shipments

      We give you the peace of mind knowing your packages are 100% insured. Please inspect your products carefully before acknowledging and signing for your package(s), as concealed issues may exist, even if the packaging seems undamaged. To be entirely certain, please unpack and inspect the contents before signing the delivery receipt, affirming that the item is in satisfactory condition. In some cases, UPS may leave packages at your doorstep without a signature. We recommend thorough inspection upon delivery.

      Claims for shortages, discrepancies, or damages must be reported within 7 business days of receipt. Reporting within this timeframe ensures a quick resolution and an assigned return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. To file a claim, please email support@histandards.com

      Shipping Delays

      While we work with reputable carriers for prompt delivery, it's important to note that once your item is shipped, we cannot control or guarantee specific delivery dates. Various factors like weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances can result in shipping delays. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items delayed during the shipping process.
