What is the turnaround time?
Standard production is 6–10 business days after final proof approval and payment.
Orders over $1,000 take 8–12 business days.
RUSH production (3–6 business days) may be available upon request and is not available during busier periods.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 2,500 labels. If you use more than one artwork version, each version needs at least 250 labels and the versions must add up to your total quantity.
How much does an extra artwork version cost?
Your first version is included. Each additional version is $25.
Extra versions are for text or color changes only — a different design needs its own quote.
How are labels priced?
By label size (square inches) and quantity — the price per label drops as your quantity rises. Material, laminate, shape and adhesive choice do not change the price.
Sizes larger than the ones we have pricing for are quoted by hand — you'll see Request Quote instead of a price.
What materials and finishes can I choose?
White, Chrome, Holographic and Clear BOPP, with a gloss or matte laminate. Removable adhesive is available on White BOPP, and a thermal-transfer option is available for variable data such as best-by dates, lot codes or barcodes.
Can I order any size or shape?
Yes — rectangle, square, oval, circle or your own custom shape at any size. Enter the width and height in inches and we'll price it. Common sizes are also listed on our Preroll Tube Labels and Jar Labels pages.
Do you offer artwork or design help?
Yes — our in-house design team can assist with full artwork setup or make adjustments to your provided files to ensure proper print quality.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the United States. Shipping is confirmed at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of labels, returns are subject to approval and may be accepted in the event of manufacturing defects or order errors.
